Licensing & Community
Pale Blue. maintains a global community of licensed practitioners, trainers, and organizational partners committed to excellence in relational, science-informed practice. Licensing is how we ensure that Family Finding®, Family Seeing®, KinSight, and our other practices are delivered with integrity, grounded in current science, and supported by a worldwide community of expertise. It is open to practitioners, teams, training organizations, and universities — and every licensing relationship begins with training, coaching, or advisory support from the Pale Blue. team.
Licensing levels
Every licensing relationship begins with training, coaching, or advisory support, and is time-limited to protect the fidelity of the practice.
Level I
Practitioner
Complete the Baseline Workshop and use the practice tools. For staff who want to practise the model. (No training rights.)
Level II
Trainer (Baseline)
Certified to deliver Baseline Workshops and certify practitioners within your organization. For agencies building durable internal capability.
Level III
Trainer (Advanced + Facilitation)
Deliver Baseline and Advanced Workshops, and facilitate family-network meetings under Family Seeing®.
Level IV
Leadership
Full certification: certify Levels II–III, lead implementation strategy, and anchor the model across your system.
Ways to license
Practice Manual license
The manuals and tools as a practice resource for your team. Scales by number of users and reach.
Trainer license
Your own certified staff deliver internally. Held by the organization, not the individual — if a trainer leaves, we retrain a replacement at no extra cost, so your investment stays with you.
IP / Business-Development license
The right to use the Family Finding® and Family Seeing® names, with Pale Blue.'s endorsement, in your business development and fundraising, by region. For training organizations, universities, and independent trainers. Optional add-on: online learning access.
Use of the name
Family Finding® and Family Seeing® are registered marks. The right to use these names — or the names Kevin Campbell and Elizabeth Wendel — in your materials, business development, or fundraising comes only with a license and written permission. This protects the integrity of the practice and the community that upholds it. Licensed partners credit Pale Blue. as the source. (KinSight is part of our practice family and is used without a registered mark.)
Licensed partners join a learning, training, and research community, with access to our online learning portal (launching 2026).
